Doubt

Honest questions do not disqualify you.

What the Word says

Scripture · KJV
And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.

Mark 9:24

Scripture · KJV
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

James 1:5

Practical reflection & suggested application — not Scripture

Kingdom principle

Scripture records honest doubt spoken directly to Jesus, and answered. Wisdom is promised to those who ask without being upbraided.

What this can look like in real life

You are still showing up, and privately you are not sure of anything this month.

What to do today

  • Say the honest prayer: 'Lord, I believe; help my unbelief.'
  • Ask a mature believer your actual question, not a safer version.
  • Keep the practices you can keep while you work it through.

What to avoid

  • Pretending in public and drowning in private.
  • Leaving community while you are questioning.
  • Deciding everything is false because one thing is unresolved.

Prayer

Lord, I believe; help my unbelief. Give me wisdom as I ask. Amen.
